Four Of The Best Multi Level Marketing Organizations In The Uk

Four of the best Multi level marketing Organizations in the Uk

Many Network marketing companies exist in different countries from all over the world.. A large majority of these are originally from the United States of America. It is widely accepted that the American market place is the most accepting of the Network marketing business model.. However it is widely believed that a large percentage of American Multilevel marketing do not fit with the Uk Multi level marketing market.

Since it first came to the United kingdom, a lot of Network marketing businesses have been and gone. Whilst many continue and do well in the market of the UK, not many of them seem to make it to be household brands. In this article I will chat about three United kingdom Network marketing’s which do well in the market place; I will say however that there are many more businesses that are well worth joining in the UK to earn a living spare time or in your free time..

There are many Multilevel marketing firms operating in the Uk, to name a few of these, I would include e-lotto syndicates, Kleeneze, Avon, FM Cosmetics, Telecom plus.

The elottery syndicates were first launched in April 2002, the brain child of Co-Founders Len Fitzgerald and Tom Brodie e-lottery gives people better likelihood of winning a lottery reward by playing in a team with a mathematical advantage. As of May 2010 the elottery syndicate system offered lotto syndicates in the United kingdom National Lottery, EuroMillions lotto and Espanol lotto games. It is rumoured that a 4th European nation lotto game will be added to the e lottery syndicate range at some point in 2010.

The elottey syndicate system operates an partner programme. Any associate can be an member for free and promote the e-lottery product range. Affiliates earn an ongoing 20percent commision per 4 week business cycle, of every playing member he/she introduces. They even earn a nice 5% overide commision,on any member introduce by people or associate, in their elottery business.

Kleeneze is a Uk Network marketing business which now operates in the United kingdom, Ireland, Holland and Germany. It has a truley very big history and a proven track record in both the Multilevel marketing and normal business industry. It is widely known as the first ever Multilevel marketing in the United kingdom and easily one of the 3 most triumphant ever to work in the United kingdom for such a long period of time.

Kleeneze is a major British PLC with a current turnover of over £100 million a year. Kleeneze market over 1500 quality products via glossy Kleeneze catalogues that are distributed via a network of Kleeneze Independent Distributors.

The FM perfume Network marketing business opportunity has been in the United kingdom for around about 4 years (as at time of writting) however it is one of the newest, and is said to now be growing in popularity as a way for people to earn money by promoting both the FM fragrance range to associates and relatives, as well as growing an FM Network Marketing business.

The FM income is made through the retail sales of it’s perfume and cosmetic range. The product sales can come from catalogue drops, house parties, shows etc. The following is a bit of information on the money that can be earnt from the FM Network marketing compensation plan: PERSONAL DIRECT SALES – 25%-33% (depending on product), VOLUME COMMISSION – 3% to 21%, TEAM COMMISSIONS – 3% to 21%. ORCHID BONUSES – 1.5% to 9%.

As you reach the higher stages of the FM Group plan you have the chance to qualify to share part of worldwide monthly bonus. Men and women around the world at this level in FM Group are currently averaging between £1,500 and £12,000 monthly depending on the size and structure of their FM business! (Dec 2008) plus you have the chance to qualify for use of a FM Group Mercedes!

All 3 of the above mentioned Network marketing business corporations that operate in the United Kingdom offer different compensation plans. They pay out different amounts of money and some offer incentives such as cars and holidays.

It has been noted that e-lottery syndicates seem to be moving away from the Multi level marketing model, to a more associate based business structure. Removing the incentives from the compensation plan, elottery now just offers commission on direct recruits, and those of the down line or for ones who have qualified for the entire companies turnover.

The author firmly believes that the Network Marketing industry in the United Kingdom, has still got a lot of room to grow and develop. Chosing a company that interests the new member is key.

A Few Ways To Make Extra Cash

Making money online used to pretty much require you to have your own Web site, products to sell and some marketing savvy I like starting up a Lotto Pool. But a new generation of dot-coms have arisen that will pay you for what you know and who you know without you having to be a web designer or a marketing genius.
But it’s hard to tell hype from the real deal. I did a search on “make money online” and “making money online”, and much of the information out there is just promoting various infoproducts, mostly about Internet marketing. I see why people sometimes ask, “Is anyone making money online besides Internet marketing experts?”

So I put together a list of business opportunities with legitimate companies that:

•Pay cash, not just points towards rewards or a chance to win money
•Don’t require you to have your own Web domain or your own products
•Don’t involve any hard-selling
•Aren’t just promoting more Internet marketing
•Give a good return on your time investment
In the interest of objectivity, none of the links below are affiliate links, and none of them have paid or provided any other consideration for their presence here. These are legitimate companies with business models that allow you to get paid for a wide range of activities.
Help friends find better jobs.

Sites like ReferEarns, Zyoin, Who Do You Know For Dough?, Bohire and WiseStepp connect employers with prospective employees, many of whom are already employed and not actively job-hunting, via networking – the people who know these qualified candidates. Rewards for referring a candidate who gets hired range from $50 on up to several thousand dollars – not chump change. If you know a lot of job-seekers (and who doesn’t these days?), this is a great way to break into the recruiting business with no overhead like Xzotto.

Connect suppliers with buyers.

Referral fees are a common practice in business, but they haven’t been used much in online networking sites because there was no way to track them. Sites like Salesconx, InnerSell and uRefer now provide that. Vendors set the referral fees they’re willing to pay (and for what), and when the transaction happens, you get paid. uRefer also allows merchants to set up referral programs for introductions and meetings, as well as transactions.

Write.

A growing number of sites will pay for your articles or blog posts. Associated Content and Helium will “pay for performance” based on page views for just about anything you want to write about. Articles on specific topics they’re looking for can earn direct payments up to about $200. The rates are probably low for established writers, but if you’re trying to break into the field and have time on your hands, they’re a great way to start. Also, a lot of companies are looking for part-time bloggers. They may pay per post or on a steady contract. Our Weblogs Guide posts blogging jobs weekly in the forum.

Start your own blog.

You don’t have to have your own Web site, or install blogging software, or even figure out how to set up the advertising. At Blogger you can set up a blog for free in less than five minutes without knowing a thing about web design, and Blogger even automates setting up Google AdSense so you can make money off your blog by displaying ads and getting paid when people click on the ads. To make even more money from it, set up an affiliate program (see below) for books, music, etc., and insert your affiliate links whenever you refer to those items. You’ll have to get a lot of traffic to become a six-figure blogger, but pick an interesting topic, write well, tell all your friends, and you’re off to a good start.

Related: Monetizing Your Blog

Create topical resource hubs.

Are you an expert on a particular niche topic? Can you put together an overview of the topic and assemble some of the best resources on the topic from around the web? Then you can create topical hubs and get paid through sites like Squidoo, HugPages and Google Knol. Payments are based on a combination of ad revenue and affiliate fees. You’ll get higher rates doing it on your own, but these sites have a built-in supply of traffic and tools to make content creation easier.

Advertise other people’s products.

If you already have a Web site or a blog, look for vendors that offer related but non-competing products and see if they have an affiliate program. Stick to familiar products and brands – they’re easier to sell. To promote those products:

•Place simple text or graphical ads in appropriate places on your site
•Include links to purchase products you review or recommend in a blog, discussion forum or mailing list you control
•Create a dedicated sales page or Web site to promote a particular product
They all work – it just depends on how much time you have to spend on it and your level of expertise with Web design and marketing or start your own Lottery Pool.

How To Pool Your Lotto Tickets

It doesn’t matter if you are running your Lottery Pool just for fun or for profit, for half a dozen office workmates or hundreds of people all over the world – if you don’t get the basics right you can end up in a whole heap of a mess! In some countries it is not permitted to profit from running a lottery syndicate, so if profit is on your mind, check first.

Get Organised using Xzotto or Get Some Nifty Software To Do It For You!
It’s a fairly dull first step, but you need some kind of system to know exactly who is in your lottery pool, what numbers you are entering, who chose them, who has paid and for how many weeks. You may even want to log staff holidays if a work lottery syndicate so you know to get money before they disappear for 4 weeks round the world!

One of the simplest methods is just to set up a basic spreadsheet in Excel/Lotus. Just list names down the first column, and draw dates across the first row. Put an ‘X’ or a ‘1′ in the cells for the relevant name and draw dates when people pay you. Use a formula to add ‘x’ days to the draw date if, like me, you’re too lazy to keep looking up the dates. It’s a quick, easy, visual way to log who has paid and who hasn’t. You can either hide or just delete columns for old draws to keep it manageable. It is very easy to delete a row for a member who leaves, or add a new row should someone join. You can log the date and amounts in a ‘winnings’ sheet in the same spreadsheet. You may find it useful to log members in the lottery pool at that date against every win – although I’ve found it can be better to log start and leaving dates of all members in another sheet.

Why log members and winnings? – because you’re going to win some small amounts that are just too fiddly to bother splitting and distributing until they accumulate to something bigger. And if someone leaves, you need to know how much they are due, and what remains for everyone else!

This approach is fine for a fairly small lottery pool, but believe me it gets very painful very quickly if numbers grow!

If you’re pretty handy with Excel/Lotus, you can develop your spreadsheet and formularize your calculation for winning shares, leavers shares, remainders etc. Alternatively, if you don’t find this fun or the number of members is making it painful, trial out some of the many lottery software packages.

The Basics!
Do you have a lottery syndicate agreement in place? If not, do it. The terms should be simple to understand and very clear to all members. You can run into legal problems, tax problems and plain old disputes of who is due what if you neglect an agreement. If the big win happens for you, you don’t want to give a large chunk of it to a lawyer because Bob says he is still a member when everyone else says he hasn’t paid for 6 weeks… You should set out at least what game you are playing, the frequency, what happens with winnings – small and large, who is responsible for checking results and claiming winnings, what happens if a member has not paid – are their numbers entered, do they receive a share etc.

Ideally you shouldn’t have any non-payers because members should come to you to pay. But you know you’re going to be involved in chasing people up sometimes. You may want to specify from the start that everyone pays a month in advance for example to minimise your leg work. If it’s a work lottery pool you might want to time things for pay day! So get your Lottery Pool started today.

Do Your Run Your Internet Business Like A Real Business

Do you have an Internet business of your own? If you do you should consider yourself lucky with the way things are going in the off-line business world. I should say consider yourself lucky if you are operating it like a real business, which many people are not.

Here are a few tips to follow if you want to have a real business and not a hobby.

1. Real businesses do whatever it takes to keep their doors open. Let me give you an example.

I recently offered a special to help enroll a few new distributors into my MLM business. This was a special offer I chose to run exclusively for new people who were not already in my business.

I simply wanted to help my wife and I get to the next level in the compensation plan. We offered to help any new person get paid members in the following month so the actual cost of opening their own network marketing business would quickly be recouped.

We did this to encourage people to make a move and join us. Real businesses run special offers all of the time to increase sales.

I was surprised that I had existing distributors email me and complain that the same offer wasn’t available to them. Some of them had even joined our network marketing business five months ago and and had never even sponsored one person.

If you went and bought a big screen TV three months ago for certain price, and the retail outlet now had it on sale for a lower price today, you would not be able to call them and complain about the price you paid.

A real business offer specials at different times of the year and they all have their own reasons for doing it. The same thing should be true for your online business.

2. Real businesses budget a certain percentage of their gross for advertising and marketing. Most online business owners cut corners on Internet promotion and many hope to be successful by doing nothing more than 100% free advertising.

This may have worked in the past, but today there are too many competitors in each niche to expect to run a profitable online business without spending any money on advertising. If you are not spending money on marketing your online business you can expect it to fail.

3. Real businesses have set hours that their front doors are open and they work hard to run a profitable business. Most Internet business owners work whenever they feel like it and often times they do not even work when they think they are working.

It’s very easy to fall in the trap of being online and thinking you are working when in reality you are not. Surfing the Internet, downloading iTunes, looking for new opportunities, changing the color of your website, and so on, is not really working your business.

In the end only you can decide if you want to run your Internet business like a real business. The profits for an Internet business are many, but only for those who decide to treat their online business seriously.

How To Protect Yourself From Internet Home Business Hype And Misconceptions About MLM

The most unfortunate and damaging misconceptions about work at home business is the extra income can come very quickly.

I urge You to acquaint yourself with these three myths, and protect yourself from the Internet hype and misconceptions.

Online MLMs Can Generate A High Profitable Income In One Month

Take a look at this:

The average internet MLM pays £1 to £5 per person in an organization. To earn £1,000 – £5,000 per month, you need 1000 people in your organization.

This is possible to achieve. But it takes time.

“You Have A Ground Floor Opportunity – You Must Join Today”

When someone says: “Ground Floor Opportunity – Join Today” you have to ask yourself what are they really saying?

Are they saying “People who join after me have less chance of making money than myself or “The organisation will be useless in two to three years time.

It would be heart breaking to take a year or two to build a good residual income, only to have that income disappear over night?

And what would happen to the poor suckers who join in six or seven months time?

To be honest a good business opportunity should actually improve with time and exposure. It should be based on products (or services) – and delivering more in the product value than the pound amount people are paying for it.

Yes it IS possible to find such companies on the internet. I know a few of them.

Make A lot Of Sales and You Make loads Of Cash

MLM works best when a large number of people each help each other to make a small numbers of sales.

Let me give an example of what I mean:

In an offline business we were in, someone joins the organisation who is an awesome direct mail marketer. Soon he put together a masterly direct mail campaign to promote this opportunity. He invested a lot of money then unleashed his packages. In six weeks he had several hundred people in his downline, and was earning several thousand pounds per month.

But within three years he had dropped out of that company.

Why is this you may ask?

You see almost none of the people he brought in were able to duplicate what he was able to do. So he was unable to help them grow their businesses (and possibly had no time to help 500 newbies). And since the monthly purchase requirement was £70.00 in this particular company they soon started dropping out.

The point you really ought to understand is this:

“REMEMBER In MLM, you DO NOT make much money from making sales – You Make A Lot Of Money From Building An Organization!”

This brings us nicely to the next and final misconception:

It’s Best To Build From The Top Downwards

Many people feel that you “come in at the top”, then bring people in “under you”. They reflect this in their attitude to the job.

Be Smart and know better.

It’s IMPORTANT You Build From The Bottom

In the beginning, there is no one in your business. You just have a dream, and help from your company and up-line.

You find three people and place them in your foundation. Then you physically support them from below. Yes, they are a bit heavy at first, but you what is required – you continue to support them.

One morning you wake up and there are nine people in your structure. From the three you started with.

You’re supporting the nine people structure now, and because you do, your organisation continues to grow. Eventually, when you look up, you find that you have a solid building, based on “below support”.

Can you see this?

The bottom people you recruit and assist to take their first steps as marketers of your opportunity. When they help other people, your organization expands.

The point is that the engine that drives lasting MLM growth is people helping other people, in small numbers, and everybody making sure they do their share.

At the beginning your job is to sponsor a small number of people and support them, and encourage them to make sales… encourage them to encourage other people in the same way.

Once you build a small group of people and the helping culture takes hold, you will start to develop a rapidly growing organization… that grows rapidly and wildly with a momentum that’s impossible to stop, even if you tried to.

You will have an Internet home based business to be proud of.
