Don’t forget that your abs are just another muscle group that need the same attention as all the rest if they are to develop.. To get the thick, dense abs you long for, you have to train them with intensity and overload. To be the coolest dude at the gym, the one who gets all the admiring glances, you MUST follow these couple of tips..

TIP NO.1 – Train your abdominals at the BEGINNING of your exercise session!

Oftentimes, I see folk trying hard to work their six pack at the conclusion of a demanding session, but they just can’t give it their all due to fatigue!
Some so called experts declare ‘don’t train your 6 pack first because it only causes your core muscles to be drained for the rest of the session’. I consider this as rubbish and no-one has fully convinced me to the contrary. If it’s your abdominals that need the most attention, then ALWAYS train them to begin with.

Tip Number 2 – Don’t just train your abs once weekly and forget about them!

Would working a muscle once a week or twice produce the better results? A pretty easy one eh? It has to be twice weekly. The more stress muscles are put under, the more visible the results. So something in the region of 2-4 times per week is spot on, you decide what’s most suitable for you.
