3D Modeling In Jewelry Industry.

3D modeling is a new word in the jewelry industry. And this new method is becoming quite popular in this area as it helps to make the model more accurate and in a short period of time. The models are washed in a special solution for removing warmed supporting polymer, dried and sent for further processing chain. This polymer is subject to rendering.

ENVISIONTEC cultivation occurs through illumination of masks (layers) by specialized lamp and a gradual lifting of desktop model obtained is washed in an alcohol solution to remove residue not solidified polymer. The polymer is not subject to rendering.

DIGITAL WAX – works on the basis of illumination masks (layers) by using blue laser and a gradual lifting desktop models obtained are washed in a special solution to remove residual polymer. This polymer is subject to rendering.

After being revised by jewelers casting model is transferred to the reproduction of production.
